April 15, 2026: CFX met with Summerdale Park community members via Team and provided an extensive update about the project, clarifying questions about Segment 3 and sharing visual representations of this section.
February 19, 2026: CFX presented at the Del Webb Sunbridge HOA Meeting, which was attended by approximately 200 residents, and provided a project update focused on SR 534’s Phase 2 and Environmental Stewardship.
